Sandwiches of History: Claret Jelly Sandwich (1909) with Special Guest Host Jeffrey Morgenthaler

Our guest host today is a world-renowned cocktail expert and the man behind Pacific Standard in Portland Oregon. Oh, and he’s written two books on cocktails, The Bar Book and Drinking Distilled. He joins us today as a vacation guest host for the second time. Just a quick note, guest hosts can have me choose a recipe (which they can fully reject and ask for another) or find one on their own to do. Well, my man Jeffrey ask to source one for him again this year so naturally I found one involving some sort of adult beverage.
