Window Reflection narrowed down to SUV Headlights- Doesn't Disprove Silenced Shots

People are attributing them to different vehicle headlights, but that's what they look like they are.

You can see from Cullen's argument that he has nothing more, as of now, than the first known shot lining up with one of the flashes. There's also the loud pop that lines up with the big flash between shots 9 and 10. I compared the flash and pops in this one:

But those (between 9&10) don't show in the parking lot audio and the early ones don't line up with Dave's audio. The audio after shot 10 DO show up in the parking lot dash cam until the officers start making louder noises.

There's also a vid of the reflection moving across the windows as the officer passes, which looked like sunlight at the time.

If we see that these are muzzle flashes, then ok, but let's see the evidence first then make conclusions.
