Wellness Workout

With Turbo Climate Change the threat that it is, a Vagabond must be flexible if he's gonna train when the gym is closed all week. So we go out to train in the park (see yesterday's episode) and it rains. But it stops by the time we get back.
Today is lovely but it's not a workout day. This is where flexibility comes in. It's a part of our wellness strategy. You will learn once you're more advanced on the path, that whatever works in your favor (not at the expense of others) is part of your wellness strategy.

We reached our bare hands deadlift goal, (350 lbs) and now we have several Dl goals in mind; repping 295-315 bare hands, and pulling 410 with wraps. That should keep us busy for a while. We were hipped to oscillation reps, (which we knew by another name) so we started adding them. Monkey Bars work is amazing though challenging. And we started something else, but that's coming later.
