Former CNN Anchor Evades Taxes?!😬 I Underreported Stories

John Avlon, former CNN anchor and current Democratic candidate, has some explaining to do. Avlon reportedly dodged taxes by claiming his primary residence was in Manhattan while simultaneously telling voters he lives on Long Island. The result? He’s been raking in over $2,000 a year in tax abatements.
Avlon likely did live in Manhattan until it became politically convenient to move to Long Island. But instead of updating his records, he continued to claim his Manhattan residence for tax benefits.
