Savanah Hernandez in CHICAGO- "Please don't ignore me! Help me return to my country!" Immediately upon leaving my hotel in downtown Chicago, I ran into an Ecuadorian migrant sick with tuberculosis begging for money to go back to his country after contracting the sickness at a migrant shelter here.
He said he had Medicaid but the treatment isn’t enough to help him.
