Natural Gas Leak shut down I94 and Detour to Rt. 20

13AUG2024 - A faulty gas line in Portage, Indiana, is causing dangerous air conditions and shutting down Interstate 94 lanes.

Details remain limited but ISP said I-94 is closed in both directions (S.R. 249 and exit 22 Burns Harbor) due to a gas leak near Bass Pro Shop.
