The Ukrainian army is too old. Why not lower the mobilization age?

This is the question asked by Ukrainian MP Kostenko.

"I myself have been in the army since I was 17 and I will say this: we are not talking about 18, but I believe that we should have a conscription age from 20 to 50. Anyone older can mobilize at their own will, but not into combat units," the people's representative said.
