Pasco County Fire Marshal issues 19 stop work orders after learning that buildings surrounding new Crystal Lagoon attraction in Wesley Chapel didn't have building permits. Work on the project was stopped on May 10th. The project's developer and county leaders believe it will take at least 10 business days to get proper permits filed and approved.
