“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” –Eleanor Roosevelt

Experiencing narcissistic abuse over a period of time can certainly change you. Whether those changes are empowering or disempowering is up to you.

In Episodes 68-72 we posed the question, “Are You As Recovered As You Need To Be?”

We looked at 5 negative ways of living that can still be present even years after you left that toxic relationship.

Those 5 negative ways of living are symptoms that point to areas of your heart and mind that need some healing and a reset so you’re free to be and do all that God has for you.

The following week in Episodes 73-77 we looked at the assumptions or agreements we’ve embraced within ourselves that show up as those negative symptoms.

This week we’re going to unpack things another layer deeper and look at the fears driving those assumptions so we can explore How To Face Leftover Fears Still Lurking In Your Mind.
