Another call, three hours later:

- "Hassan, have you found Ali? Please tell me you did."

- "It seems like he's martyred, Malik. We can’t find his body at all."

- "What do you mean? I don’t understand. How did you know, and how will you bury him?"

- "I told them Ali is six years old, and they gave me an 18-kilogram bag of remains and told me to go bury them. I don't even know if they belong to my son.”
