Planking for Progress: (Day 1) Improving Core Strength with a Simple Exercise

I believe in physical exercise, it's important for health and wellness. Having a strong core enables more, and longer, physical activities. I work out several times a week, and one of the exercises I do almost daily, is the forearm plank. I generally do sets of 60-90 seconds, but in this video, I push myself towards the two-minute mark, which I can, and have exceeded in the past. As well, I'm always rocking a cool tune in my earbuds, so whatever track I'm planking to, whether it be classical, electronica, hard rock, heavy metal, or punk music, will be the soundtrack to the video. Enjoy, and I hope this motivates you on your own physical goal. If a big bear like me can do a two-minute plank, you certainly can too.
