Ukrainian minister sacked for organizing ‘large-scale corruption scheme’

The Ukrainian deputy energy minister has been sacked after it was revealed he'd taken a half a million-dollar bribe. The official is said to have demanded the cash in return for transferring what was described as 'unique and scarce' mining equipment to sites in the West of the country.
