The Australian’s Media Writer Sophie Elsworth discusses former US president Donald Trump's return to posting on social media platform X after an interview with its owner, Elon Musk.

“This is obviously a very good platform for Trump to get his messaging out there,” Ms Elsworth told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“He was back on X himself today posting after a one-year hiatus.

“I think he will be using this platform a lot in the lead-up to the presidential race.”
