Tom had recently moved into a quaint old apartment Each night at precisely 3 a he was awakened by a haunting melody played on a piano At first he thought it was a neighbor but when he asked around no one else heard it Determined to find the source Tom stayed up one night and followed the music It led him to the basement where an old dust-covered piano stood As he approached the melody grew louder Suddenly a translucent figure appeared playing the piano with a sorrowful expression The ghostly figure turned to Tom its eyes filled with despair Help me find peace it whispered Tom fled and the melody continued to haunt him every night a reminder of the restless spirit trapped in the old piano
