BREAKING: Mohammad Mukhtar, a 70-yr-old Islamic Cleric (Maulana) who raped a 7-year-old girl child , has finally been arrested by Kanpur Police in Uttar Pradesh.

He was caught in a compromising situation with the child, but managed to escape. A video of the incident was also circulating on social media.
