Guy Fails At Evading Police. Then Turns Into an A** Hole

This guy straight up tried to run from the police and slipped and got caught immediately. Since the ground was wet, he claims he only slipped. Later in the traffic stop, he threatens to beat all of the cops up.... But he has cuffs on.
