RE3 Remake Inferno Mode Pistols only next attempt

I will attempt to finish Inferno Mode Pistols only AGAIN. Last game I ran out of ammo with only the ending to go at the Hospital mass attack. There was more ammo available prior to the attack I didn't get (playing too conservatively) so I believe if I acquire it from the hospital run prior, that I will be able to finish the Hospital section and continue the game to completion.
