Today's Terrible Judge: Francis Rafferty
#JudgeRafferty ( #FrancisRafferty ) of #NorthernIreland , denied the #bail applications of four teenagers present at #migrantcrime protests in #belfast . Speaking on the issue, Rafferty said that simply being "present" was enough to be liable for "public disorder", thus opening up criminal charges for innocent pedestrians and homeowners in #Ireland . Rafferty is a magistrate appointee by #NIJAC .
