Ingredients
2 big size of tomatoes 🍅
1 katori gram flour/besan for batter
1/2 tspn Ajwain
1/2 tspn red Chilli powder
salt as per taste
chhoped Coriander leaves
pinch of baking soda
refined oil for frying
For chutney
1 small chhoped 🧅
1 chhoped green chili
3 pieces of garlic
1 small piece of ginger
2 - 3 tspn tamarind water
1/2 tspn cumin seeds
1 katori Coriander leaves
1/4 katori namkin sev
salt as per taste
2 - 3 spoon water
