"Even if they've declined one time don't make that a permanent way of them approaching vaccination (Covid, flu). Please do recommend that immunization to unvaccinated patients. Your voice matters, they trust you and your recommendation...folks may not say yes in that moment but it does go into their thinking and they may come back the next time and be more open to it."
