The altar by sanctified by Moses. The altar was sanctified seven times by oil between dressing Aaron and anointing him with oil. Moses also sanctified the horns of the altar with the blood of a bull. (Leviticus 8)
The descent of the dew of Hermon Some commentators compare it to the descent of the manna from above. (Exodus 16, Numbers 11) Some think Mount Hermon was the site for Jesus' transfiguration although John L. Mackay says that the site of that mountain is not clearly identified. https://youtu.be/wKoJUCaLSfY?t=211 (Tiberias looking towards Hermon after David Roberts.)

PSALM 133 C.M.

1 How excellent a thing it is,
how pleasant and how good,
When brothers dwell in unity
and live as brothers should!

2 For it is like the precious oil,
poured out on Aaron’s head,
That, running over, down his beard,
upon his collar spread.

3 Like Hermon’s dew, upon the hill
of Zion it descends.
The LORD bestows his blessing there—
the life that never ends.
