09.08.24 hit in Zaporozhye region

Russian servicemen hit a rear compartment and hull back of the enemy IFV. They also hit a landing compartment, heating element and turret race ring. As a result, the vehicle detonated.
-
According to the servicemen, the vehicle needed maintenance and modernisation: they used Russian components, made adjustments, bent and cut fuel and oil pipes. After small restoration, the German IFV was evacuated and moved in self-propelled mode to Russian positions in three kilometres.
-
'For the four hours we were pulling this vehicle, we were the number one target, but we were lucky, the enemy didn't spot us. So we managed to move out unnoticed,' said an assault group gunner.

The trophy will now take its place in the trophy museum exhibiting AFU hardware hit in the special military operation.
