Naysayer (def) noun
One who consistently denies, criticizes, or doubts; a detractor.
Someone with an aggressively negative attitude.

Naysayer: (Webster's)
one who denies, refuses, opposes, or is skeptical or cynical about something

ORIGINAL TEXT for DISCIPLES:
Matthew 10:18-20
Because of Me, NAYSAYERS and DOUBTERS will try to make an example out of you by trying you before rulers and kings. 19 When this happens—when you are arrested, dragged to court—don’t worry about what to say or how to say it. The words you should speak will be given to you. For at that moment, 20 it will not be you speaking; it will be the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.

The Rejection at Nazareth
When Jesus had finished these parables, He withdrew from that place. 54Coming to His hometown, He taught the people in their synagogue, and they were astonished. “Where did this man get such wisdom and miraculous powers?” they asked. 55“Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t His mother’s name Mary, and aren’t His brothers James, Joseph,g Simon, and Judas? 56Aren’t all His sisters with us as well? Where then did this man get all these things?” 57And they took offense at Him.
But Jesus said to them, “Only in his hometown and in his own household is a prophet without honor.” 58And He did not do many miracles there, because of their unbelief.

STRATEGY:
1. Do not give up!
Galatians 6:9
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

2. Be careful who you tell about your pearls. Pay attention!
