Container House Footings (Part One)

Our container home will be a total of 11 containers; 9 on 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. It will be elevated on 43 concrete pillars.

In this video, we measure, cut and weld rebar for our footings. We dig our footings with our handy-dandy excavator and set the rebar and wood boxes in order to get ready for concrete. It is a looooong and tedious process, but it SHOULD be...it is the foundation of our ENTIRE build!! 😜

Enjoy and stay tuned for "Part Two"! 😁👍
