These people assume the Ukranian army is shooting at them just as they assume that the Ukranian army mined the road. And then later on they ask: Did our guys mined the road? This is a crazy video showing what happens now in Kursk, complete chaos. The civilians in the area did say that the Russian army is so unprofesional friendly fire is very frequent. They say the tires were punctured but then accelerate so i dont know if you were really hit in the tires your car could drive like this.
