"The WHO had 2 treaties, it was trying to bring forward that would have given the WHO enormous power whenever it declared a public health emergency of international concern. It could basically take over public health for the world. That was the goal. In addition they wanted to create a library of potential pandemic pathogens which is another way of saying biological warfare agents and they would share them and they would be in control of them. There wanted also a lot of surveillance, all kinds of surveillance, your medical records, your animals...
We stopped, the pandemic treaty did not go through and the nations agreed to give it 12 more months...the international health regulations that were being massively amended. Almost all the bad amendments got whittled out. So at the end they passed something, but it had very little substance, apart from the encouragement to nations to surveil their citizens social media, their online footprint to address misinformation and disinformation..."
