Lindys' 2016 Ohio Archery Hunt

On a cold December afternoon we wait for deer to travel to their feeding area after several days of unsuccessful hunting following an ice storm. Conditions make movement noisey and difficult as the deer fight to penetrate to forage through the solid sheet of ice that has persisted for three long days. Finally Lindy seizes the opportunity to harvest a mature doe with a borrowed crossbow in Northwest Ohio while visiting over the holidays.
