NG4W 26 yr old Man Blames COVID19 For Wanting To Meet 14 yr old *COPS COME!* (Tacoma, WA)

This video depicts a catch that was done in Tacoma, WA. Predator Poachers Seattle branch(link to his channel below) came with and was able to film this whole 1.5 hour catch on Instagram live. Unfortunately my phone was only recording in 10 minute increments, unbeknownst to me at the time, so I was only able to capture bits of this event. However, I'm more concerned with getting a conviction and him off the street than filming tbh. The police did inform us that ANDREW STONE is a FELONIOUS SEX OFFENDER. Unfortunately, later on that night I dropped and broke the tablet holding all the needed evidence to send in to the police. Once it is fixed I can get them the information.
