CrossFit Games Athlete Lazar Dukic Drowns During Swimming Event | Is CrossFit to Blame?

Tragic news coming out of the CrossFit world as one of their well known athletes dies while competing in a swimming event. Lazar Dukic was struggling to finish his swimming event and sadly drowned before help could arrive.

Many question whether CrossFit is to blame for not having enough lifeguards on duty to help the clearly struggling Dukic before he went under water.
