How to make a cheesy Jalapeño bread

This bread was everything I expected it to be even thought it packed a bit too much of a punch for the kids.

Recipe (from the Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day cookbook)
(I changed a few things, but it is under the Vermont Cheddar Bread)

3 cups of lukewarm water
1 1/2 Tablespoon yeast
1 1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
6 1/2 cup flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

(I cut the recipe in half, but used about 3/4 cup of Colby cheese and probably 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño peppers)

Mix all ingredients, and let it rise for 2 plus hours
Shape or just throw it on some parchment paper and preheat oven and dutch oven at the same time at 450. (if you use full recipe, split into size loaves you want)

Then put loaf into the oven for 30-40 mins .

Cool a touch before serving- and enjoy!

This was so good and I will for sure be making it again!
