Today on day 181 of sobriety, I listen to Dimash's "Screaming."

Before the music, I talk about starting morning videos tomorrow to mark a new chapter as I hit 6 months of sobriety. I've also created a Buy Me a Coffee account after much thought. I initially felt uncomfortable, but realized that it's there for those who want to support—it’s completely optional.

I chose "Screaming" for tonight’s video because it resonates deeply with me. The biggest scream in my life has been searching for myself in all the wrong places, only to realize that I needed to turn inward. Dimash's performance speaks directly to my soul. He sings my life story, connects with me without even knowing me. Simply amazing!
