"William Bennette: A Secret Service office technician who worked at 7 World Trade Center. He confessed to stealing five government cars recovered from the World Trade Center site and giving them to his mother and daughter after creating false paperwork stating they were crushed at Fresh Kills. The thefts occurred in 2001, and he was arrested in 2004."
