I have made this for my family many times! It is so delicious and quick!
Quick breakfast in 5 minutes! Very quick and delicious! A simple breakfast recipe for the whole family! Try it, I hope you like this quick breakfast recipe!
Recipe and ingredients
00:00 Recipe 1
00:31 Avocado oil.
00:39 Sesame.
00:44 Mozzarella.
01:02 2 eggs.
01:11 Salt, pepper to taste.
01:29 Mozzarella 3 tbsp.
01:41 Milk 1 tbsp.
02:01 Tortilla.
02:04 Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
02:19 Flip to the other side.
02:34 Increase heat.
02:37 Cook for 1-2 minutes.
03:24 Recipe 2.
Grate 200 g of potatoes on a fine grater.
Place in a bowl.
1 egg.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garlic.
Add 50 g mozzarella cheese.
Mix well.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Divide into 4 parts.
Olive oil.
Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Flip.
Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

2 potatoes /200 g mashed potatoes.
Boil until done.
Grate.
1 small egg.
40 g grated cheese.
Flour 2 tbsp.
15 g green onions.
Add a pinch of ground red pepper (optional).
Add black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix well.
Oil for frying.
Add potato dough to the pan.
Make potato pancakes
Fry for 5 minutes on both sides over medium heat.

3 eggs.
A pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
A little red pepper.
Green onions.
Add green onions to eggs and stir.
Pour the eggs into the frying pan.
Place tortilla on top.
Flip.
Tomato.
Spinach.
Mozzarella cheese.
