Fresno County DSS Place Foster Kids in Immigrants Home

Rubi’s case is so heart breaking! Fresno County removed Rubi’s children on false allegations. DSS denied me (Sylvia Beachy) as Rubi’s advocate. I have been kicked out of her team meetings, and they refused to provide Rubi with a case plan! I have never heard of a case plan being denied in any case! Please share and like!
