US forces intervened to confront the advance of the Arabic tribal forces

On the direct frontline and in support of SDF militants, US forces intervened to confront the advance of the Arabic tribal forces and their control of SDF positions in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, east of Syria, in a scene that seems to be heading towards creating tribal resistance to US forces in the region.
