Taoiseach distances himself from Irish President's Iran letter

Taoiseach Simon Harris distances himself from a letter in which President Higgins gave the Iranian regime his "best wishes", saying the letter is not government policy:

"We have fundamental differences with Iran, and I'll always continue to call out their human rights abuses."
