The White Man's Ice Is Always Colder - SMH

There was a time in Black American life where the phrase, "The White Man's ice is always colder" meant something profound; it was rooted in the idea that the testimonies, experiences, observations and indeed achievements, are always viewed as suspect or dubious - while those same testimonies, experiences, observations and indeed achievements, are always viewed as meritorious and accurate, when WHITE people do it. Moreover, that which is produced by Whites - even if it is the same thing, quality, etc., as Blacks (and very often of lower or dubious quality at that) - is taken more seriously than the same things produced by Blacks. If one thinks that such an adage is an artifact of a bygone era, today's topic will disabuse anyone of that one. What am I talking about? Tune in TODAY To find out, ONLY ON RUMBLE!
