Rare Onager Foal Born At Zoo After Year-Long Pregnancy

Posted • August 6, 2024: An extremely rare onager foal was born at the Chester Zoo in England after a year-long pregnancy from mom Azita. The domestic donkey is critically endangered. Conservationists at the zoo said there are less than 600 surviving wild onagers.
