Writing a database in C pt.9 - Starting to handle indexing management

I use Typescript / Javascript professionally for web development. Now I'm learning C by writing a "database" in C. It's in quotes because it's not really as efficient as a real database. I'm just using this to learn a wide range of C. It's pretty good for that.
