English: 00:59 to 01:43 - Bits of radio transmission between reporter Kai Simonsen inside SkyFox chopper (Chopper 5) and the WNYW station, picked by Taliercio. Compare NIST tape "WNYW NIST Dub #5". Possible base for a timing of these three shots.

09:25 - A jet of smoke or dust shoots out from window 77-355 at 9:37:03 a.m., 77th floor, east face of WTC 2. Smaller ejections from two windows on 79th floor. View from the WTC Plaza near WTC 4.

13:13 - NYPD helicopter arrives at the scene around 9:58 a.m.. Molten substance dripping is visible at the NE corner of WTC 2.

13:32 - South Tower (WTC 2) collapses. Shot from intersection of Church and Fulton Street.

20:48 - Taliercio's colleague Keith Lane is shown walking on a dusty street.

21:27 - Taliercio's second tape? WNYW-TV cameraman David Corporon walking by at 21:40.

23:27 - Back on Fulton Street at intersection with Nassau Street. WTC 5 on fire in the background.

32:40, 33:11, 33:17 - WTC 5 burning. Fulton Street and Nassau Street.

34:06 - WNYW-TV reporter Mike Sheehan is visible in the background, debating with police officers.

34:49 - Sheehan interviews Taliercio. Switching to Corporon at 36:31. WTC 4 burns at far away. Near Fulton Street and William Street.

Nasty interlacing artifacts of poorly H.264/AVC compressed video has been repaired as good as possible. Resolution has been gamma-aware upscaled to 720p by keeping the original display aspect ratio, and video sharpened. Audio stream decompressed. Right channel audio is missing in this encoding by NIST. The broken audio has been enhanced by shiftig the left audio to the right channel, applying stereo phase shift, and normalizing of volume in Adobe Audition CS5.
