Cauliflower Meatballs Recipe (for 6 small meatballs)
Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower florets
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Prepare the Cauliflower:

Place 1 cup of cauliflower florets in a large pot of water.
Boil for 8 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
Strain the cauliflower and let it cool down.
