Supreme Court Will Not Hear Illinois Assault Weapons Ban. This Could Be Considered A Blessing.

The Supreme Court has turned down hearing an appeal for an injunction against the Illinois Safer Communities. This has no bearing on the constitutional argument against the Assault Weapons Ban.
