Hurricane Debby causes severe flooding in Florida towns

The streets of Tampa and Anna Maria Island, Florida, were flooded on Monday (August 5) after tropical storm Debby dropped a deluge of rain in the region. Video published on social media which Reuters was able to verify showed flooded streets, damaged buildings, and local services clearing debris in the aftermath of the storm.
