Chocolate Funfetti Morsel Cookies
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups Flour
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Butter, soft
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg, roomtemp
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Funfetti Morsels, extra for topping

Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350° F.
Combine Flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt & Baking Soda, set aside.
Cream together Butter, Brown Sugar & Sugar.
Add Egg and Vanilla.
Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches.
Mix in Funfetti Morsels.
Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
Place spoon full of Dough equally apart on Cookie Sheet.
Top each with Funfetti Morsels.
Bake 10 - 12 Minutes.
Rest 3 Minutes on Sheet.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
