Metal Fuel Safety Can Needs A Vent. Installing It Without Blowing Yourself Up. It will Pour Better.

I have had these safety cans for a long time and they gluck and splash and that in itself is unsafe. If the can has had gas in it filling to the rim with water is a must but under any case fill the can with water as oils may explode.
