Time Management = More Weight Loss!

Yo Gents! Sometimes we need to take a break from talking about specific exercises and diets to lose weight & get healthy, and shift the conversation over to some of the foundational elements that are needed to be successful in the first place!

Time management / schedule structuring is in that category.

If you can be more efficient with your time and more structured with your schedule in order to make exercising a high priority, you will see more results not just in the short term, but in the long term as well.

It is always more difficult to do new things when first starting out and adjusting to a new schedule and a new way of life.

But over time it eventually becomes what we call a lifestyle habit, or just a habit of your every day life.

I’d rather someone follow a less optimal exercise program but do it consistently for 12 months .. than someone follow the most optimal program built specifically for them but being sporadic with it over 12 months.
