Kamala Harris Fact Check - Emergency Room Visit Debt Effect Credit Scores

Kamala Harris is going around like a bat out of hell trying to claim that her and Joe Biden passed some legislation to stop emergency medical visits from affecting your credit score yet no emergency room can turn away someone for the fact that they don’t have insurance and when they bill you if you do not pay, yes they will send it to collections but Throughout my life as I am 35 years old now I have had a time where I did not have insurance and none of my hospital bills that went to collections ever affected my credit score and this far beyond pre-dates, Joe Biden or Kamala Harris in office you cannot Take Responsibility for something that has been around since I was a teen if not pre-dating my existence beyond the 80s. They want to take credit for something that they had nothing to do with that was already in effect which they don’t mention that if you take out loans to pay for medical expenses yes that will affect your credit score and nothing of what they have done changes that aspect they only want to take credit for what the emergency room and hospital have always done throughout my life if not longer
