Debby slams Florida, threatens Southeast with heavy rains

Tropical Storm Debby lost some wind speed after slamming Florida's Gulf Coast as a Category 1 hurricane. The National Hurricane Center predicted Debby would return to drench the coasts of Georgia and South Carolina later in the week.
