Vacationers leave, medicines arrive in Lebanon amid fears of war

Beirut airport was crowded with people trying to leave after countries including the United States and France urged their citizens to take available flights out of Lebanon. Fears are growing of a broader conflict following the killing of Hamas' leader in Tehran and a top Hezbollah commander. Lucy Fielder has more.
