Kennedy Jr. says he dumped a dead bear in Central Park to make it look like it had gotten run over by a bicyclist. The comments came during a video RFK posted to Instagram. The presidential candidate explained that he was driving in Hudson Valley, NY when a woman in a van in front of him hit the bear.

RFK explained that he took the bear because he wanted to skin it. After a change in travel plans, RFK determined he needed to get rid of the bear. “I had an old bike in my car that somebody had asked me to get rid of. I said, ‘let's go put the bear in Central Park and we'll make it look like he got hit by the bike.’” - “So we went and did that and we thought it would be amusing for whoever found it.” - “The next day it was on every television station, it was the front page of every paper.”
